You do not count the "day" the order was placed. 
For regular Ground Shipping:
 Please allow approximately 5 days "after" you place the order for ground delivery.  Weather sometimes plays a big roll in delivery times as well. Please remember, UPS & FedEx only count business days NOT WEEKENDS NOR HOLIDAYS!  NOTE: IF YOU ASK FOR DELIVERY TO AN ADDRESS WITH AN APT #, UPS "WILL" REQUIRE A SIGNATURE.  THEY WILL NOT LEAVE THE PACKAGE AT THE DOOR. THIS IS "UPS" RULES, NOT OURS.

UPS AND FEDEX DO NOT GUARANTEE EXPRESS SHIPMENTS BETWEEN DECEMBER 11 AND DECEMBER 24.   EVEN IF YOU SELECT AND PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING, AND THE PACKAGE IS NOT DELIVERED ON TIME, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!  EXPRESS PRICES ARE CALCULATED WHEN YOU CHECK OUT OF THE SHOPPING CART. PLEASE ALLOW A "MINIMUM" OF 5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR GROUND DELIVERY.

 

DUE TO THE EXTREME FEE FOR NEXT DAY SHIPPING, WE ARE NOT OFFERING THIS SERVICE.....SHOP EARLY!

Delivery is for "business" days only. A business day "does not" include Saturday, Sundays or Holidays.  

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
We do not ship to Europe.
We do not ship to Canada.

Here are examples of "Express" delivery times: 

Example:  You order on Monday and specify 2-day shipping.  You "do not" count the day you ordered  (which was Monday), so your package would be delivered on Wednesday, the "second" business day "after" the order/ship date. 
Second Example:  You order on Wednesday and specify "3-day" shipping.  You "do not" count the day you ordered (which was Wednesday), so your package would be delivered on Monday which is the "third" business day "after" the order/ship date.
Third Example: All Friday Express orders received after 12:00 PM MST will be shipped on Monday.  Therefore, if you specify express shipping, you start counting business days beginning with Tuesday.  EXAMPLE:  Your order is received after 12:00 PM MST on Friday, and you specify 2-day shipping.  Your order will be processed and shipped on the following Monday, but "you" start counting the delivery days beginning with Tuesday.  Therefore, your item will be delivered on Wednesday.  This is not our system....this is UPS and FedEx's system.

2.  "WE" GUARANTEE WE WILL "SHIP" THE ITEM WHEN WE SAY "WE" WILL, BUT ONCE IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE, THE ITEM IS WITH THE CARRIER AND "NOT" US!!!  
3.  FEDEX AND UPS DELIVER UP TO 9:00 PM IN SOME AREAS!!!  
4.  IF YOU PAY FOR EXPRESS SHIPPING AND THE CARRIER "DOES NOT" DELIVER ON THE "DAY" SPECIFIED, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.  ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS MAY DELAY "ANY" SHIPMENT.
1.   We do not ship to Canada or Internationally.
 
2. SHIPPING COSTS - *Standard Ground Shipping ranges from $3.50  depending upon the weight and/or dimensions of box, (for the lower 48 States) via UPS, FedEx or USPS. The "exact" Express shipping fees will be calculated when you check out of the shopping cart, based upon the "ship to" Zip Code, and weight of the box. NOTE:  UPS AND FEDEX CHARGES "EITHER" DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT OR ACTUAL WEIGHT, WHICHEVER IS THE HIGHEST.  THEREFORE, A BOX WITH A SMALL CANE CAN COST AS MUCH TO SHIP AS A BOX WITH A LONGER CANE BECAUSE OF THE "DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT" or zip code.  THIS IS UPS AND FEDEX RULES, "NOT OURS!"  Any shipment over $100 will require a signature whether it is ground or express!

Most items are shipped the same day ordered "if" received prior to 12:00 p.m. MST.  Weekend orders will be shipped on Monday.  Normal "Delivery" time is approximately 3-5 days from day order is shipped, depending upon YOUR location.  If you request a custom "cut" for your cane, delivery could be delayed an "extra" 2-3 days. If you order one of the Alpacca Silver canes, allow an extra 3-5 days delivery - they are made one-at-a-time.

If you wish "faster" delivery, please select one of the Express shipping options.  We only ship in the USA.  Shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico  is via USPS AND is more than normal shipping.  If you are shipping to Hawaii OR Alaska, please select the appropriate option.  (NO EXPRESS SHIPPING TO THESE AREAS)

3. Some of our products will be shipped directly from the manufacturer.  In some cases you may receive your "paid" invoice prior to receiving your items, which will be delivered within a few days. 

4. If the "Billing" name and address is different than the "Ship To" name and address on your order, we will automatically assume this is a gift.  The Billing name will not receive any pricing. No dollar amounts are shown on the Packing Slip. 

5.  When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with a Paid Invoice showing the UPS or FedEx tracking number.  Please check the email account you "used" to place the order for the tracking information.  Orders placed on Friday will receive tracking emails on Monday. Please note:  if you have your anti-spam software set too high, our email may go directly in your "spam" folder.  If you do not receive your tracking number email within 1 day, "please" look in your anti-spam folder of your email software and see if it is there.

6.  All information inputted in the shopping cart or via phone is held "strictly" confidential and is used only by us to process your order.  Your credit card information is erased immediately upon processing of your order.

7.  IF YOU ARE NOT AT YOUR BUSINESS OR RESIDENCY WHEN UPS OR FEDEX DELIVERS YOUR MERCHANDISE, AND YOU HAVE PAID ONLY FOR GROUND SHIPPING, THEN IT WILL BE LEFT AT THE DOOR.  IT IS CONSIDERED DELIVERED AND IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. IF YOU HAVE ANY "DOUBTS" ABOUT THE SECURITY OF ANY DELIVERY LOCATION, THEN IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST AND PAY FOR "SIGNATURE DELIVERY."  IF YOU SELECT EXPRESS SHIPPING, AND YOU ARE NOT AT YOUR BUSINESS OR RESIDENCE TO SIGN FOR IT, THE CARRIER WILL NOT LEAVE IT.  YOU MUST SIGN FOR IT!!!!!!

8.  IF YOU PROVIDE AN INCORRECT ADDRESS, AND/OR ZIP CODE,  AND IT IS SHIPPED TO THAT INCORRECT ADDRESS, IT IS CONSIDERED SOLD AND DELIVERED AND IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. UPS AND FEDEX WILL CHARGE ANOTHER FEE (APPROX. $10.00)  TO "RE-ROUTE" A PACKAGE TO ANOTHER ADDRESS OR TO THE CORRECT ZIP CODE. IF THIS OCCURS, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THIS ADDITONAL FEE.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE GIVEN US THE CORRECT "SHIPPING" ADDRESS.

IF YOU PROVIDE AN INCORRECT ITEM NUMBER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CALL US IMMEDIATELY. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE IF "YOU" ENTERED AN INCORRECT ITEM NUMBER AND IT WAS SHIPPED.
