Our Boo-Boo canes are brand new, but have slight imperfections, most of which will be hard to find.  However, we inspect each walking cane before shipping, and if it is not perfect, it moves to our Boo-Boo section.  As you can see, we have very few available at any time.  The savings make them sell fast.  Boo-Boo canes are not returnable.
